Return Policy
Clothing Returns
We understand the need to try on clothing. To allow for this, General Store will issue refunds on clothing items that are received back to us within 14 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition. Please follow the return procedure, listed below.
Vintage Items
Due to their delicate nature, all of our vintage goods are final sale.
All Other Items
We do not offer refunds on all other items. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in new, unused condition in its original package, with a copy of your receipt.
Return Procedure
All returns must be approved by General Store. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at support@thesummerproject.com and let us know which item you are returning. We will issue a return authorization number to be included in your return package. For clothing and all other items, shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured.
